Father in Heaven! My heart is filled with shame and sorrow. Once again I have to admit my recurring sin of lust. I am so ashamed of my weakness, so ashamed that I listen to Satan's temptations so often. I'm deeply sorry for everything that I've done. It hurts me to let you down once again.

Lord, I love You with all my heart, that's why I feel so bad right now. I have said many times that I never want the sin of lust in my life, and yet every now and then I let it take over me. I feel so weak and dissapointed with myself. I am begging you, help me in this fall, forgive me for all this. You know well what my sin concerns, you know the situations and circumstances that lead me to it. Help me fix it, once and for all.

God, today I want to shout a loud NO to my sin of lust. I know that I will win against it only if I create a real realationship with You. You are the answer to all my questions and doubts, you are my strength, hope for the needed change. I am begging you, be with me in this spiritual battle. Send Good Angels next to me, let them guide me and not let me go astray. Let them give me courage and wisdom, let them warn me against Satan who likes to destroy my purity. I believe that with help from Heaven I'm able to be strong.

Father, I entrust You with my heart and my whole soul. Please help me cleanse myself, hold me close to you and never leave me. I choose You and renounce evil. Amen.
